What kind of moneyline usually corresponds with a +4 or +4.5 spread in NFL games?

Moneylines are a completely different wager then the spread and the line is dependent on the money being bet on each side of the moneyline. Meaning, while money is bet on one side or the other against the spread it may have no impact on the moneyline unless the book chooses to move the line on air and not dollars. That being said, a very rough guide one could use with a non-reduced juice book, i.e. -110/100, would be to add 10 cents for every half point. Thus, with regard to the +4 and +4.5, the rough moneyline could approximate an 80 and 90 cents addition or +170 and +180 respectively. This is a very, very rough guide only as most moneylines will differ from this guide and often times significantly. If you want to get an idea, check the NBA Finals moneylines for each game relative to the spread line. Tonight for example +5.5 at many non-reduced juice books is +200.
